Another issue with the liver is nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, meaning that the liver as cancer on it, and if not cured, it can be fatal. This may be caused by weight loss or gain, intestine illnesses, gastric surgeries, and bad diets.

You should take 2 handfuls of peeled and clean tamarind, and blend them with 1 liter of water. Mix them well and then strain the mixture, drinking it throughout the day. You can add honey to improve its taste.
If you want to make tamarind tea, you can get 25 washed leaves and boil them in 1 liter of water. Boil them for 20 minutes and then let it cool down.
