Jim Sarete, the most famous American fitness coach, developed a method of rapidly losing weight for those people who do not have much time for exercising. He considers the traditional exercises as ineffective. With running, one can lose 150 calories per one hour, however, these exercises will help you burn 100 calories in only 4 minutes.
If you believe that you are in a good physical condition you can limit yourself to 2 minutes. The exercises are meant for those who led inactive lifestyles and that get tired in the gym a few minutes after starting the training. You can try these exercises with your family if you want them enter into a habit.
The program consists of:
- Jumping with hands outstretched – 10 repetitions;
- Squats – 10 repetitions;
- Push-ups – 10 repetitions; if you cannot do them you can try doing them against the wall;
- Stepping – 10 reps for each leg.
This mini-complex of exercise should be done every time when possible. You can do them in 4 consecutive repetitions. Make a pause of 1 minutes between each repetition. You can convert them into a full 20-minute training session.
