Diet with prunes is considered one of the fastest, so it is recommended for people who want to lose weight in a very short period of time. The respondents` experiences show us that you can use up to 3 kg of excess weight – almost a kilogram a day!
The menu for day:
- 6 prunes
- An apple
- One sausage and boiled egg
- The same as for lunch
- A glass of low fat yogurt
