4 QUICK EXERCISES TO GET RID OF UNDERARM FLAB AND BACK BULGE IN 3 WEEKS

  1. Push and touch

For this exercise you can use hand weights or a band. Now, move the stretched arms from the body sides over the head. Stay like that and at the same time move your arms upwards to the shoulders, but not over the head. After that, bring the arms down to the initial position. Do 3 sets with 6 repetitions.

  1. Crisscross reverse fly

For this one, lean forward your body at 90 degrees angle. Now, spread the legs to the width of the shoulders and as well as lean your knees to better your stability.

Hold a hand weight or a dumbbell, and then bend at the elbows. The palms are supposed to be turned in the direction of each other. Then raise the hand below the height of the shoulder. Do 3 sets with 10 repetitions.

  1. Elbow kiss

Open the arms and push them at height of the shoulders on each side. The palms are supposed to be faced up, and then bend the arms at the elbows at 90 degrees angle. Once you have done the bending, start moving the hands forward in order to touch the forearms at the sides. After that, return to the initial position. Do 3 sets with 10 repetitions.

  1. Bent over circular row

For this exercise widen your legs to shoulders width, and then lower your body to 90 degrees angle and start moving the dumbbell toward the direction of the other hand, doing this with each hand, then move it upwards toward the back and the chest by making circle motions. Do 3 sets with 10 repetitions.

All these exercises have to be done daily on regular basis and for their performance find a suitable time during the day. If you manage to do them properly, you will need 3 weeks to burn the underarm flab fat and remove the back bulge.

In order to achieve great results you need to have consistency, commitment and discipline because just performance of these exercises is not enough to remove the buildup adipose tissue.
