The new BMW M4 CS version has a combined fuel consumption of 8.4 liters per 100 kilometers.
The new BMW M4 CS, the special version of BMW M GmbH, will be produced in limited numbers from 2017 to 2019.
The M4 CS MW M GmbH also introduces a new nomenclature for the models.
Set above the standard, M models will be a competition version with improved performances. Then, there is a special version of the CS model, which is one step higher than the rest. At the top there are brand favorites, with maximum performance that show clear motorsport or club sporting character, but are also completely legal.
The new BMW M4 CS is equipped with a six-cylinder M Twin Power – Turbo technology that has proven the power in the existing BMW M4 models. It drains the power of the engine through the M-transmission with a double clutch with seven speeds.
The output of the new BMW M4 CS has been increased to 388 kW / 460 horsepower (10 horsepower more than the BMW M4 with the Competition package) and the highest torque of up to 600 Nm (+50 Nm). Fuel savings and emissions are equivalent to those in the BMW M4 Coupe with DCT (combined fuel consumption: 8.4 liters per 100 kilometers).
Like the other BMW M4 models, the new BMW M4 CS is perfected on the Nurburgring Nordschleife. The fastest round of the model is 7 minutes and 38 seconds.
One of the key ingredients in the driving dynamics of the new BMW M4 CS is the application of lightweight design. The bonnet, roof, front splitter, rear diffuser and even a one-part drive axle consist of reinforced plastic and carbon fiber. The result is a low weight, which is 1.580 kilograms.
The technical data for the BMW M4 CS are the following. The car is powered by a six-cylinder engine with M Twin Power Turbo technology (with two mono-scroll turbochargers, with highly precise injection system, variable valve operation and variable work on the camshaft. The maximum speed of the car is 280 kilometers per hour, while the consumption of Fuel is 8.4 liters per 100 kilometers.
